We have worked with Kate twice during the process of buying and selling. Both times it has been an amazing experience. During the stressful time of trying to show our house and buy a new one, Kate was quick at getting back to us with the millions of questions we had. She even drove into town during a family vacation to get phone service so she could call us. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family!

My entire family loved working with Kate during the selling and buying process! We had given up on purchasing a new home until we met with Kate. She was very personable, professional and kind. We loved how prepared she was during our first meeting. We truly don’t feel like we would have been able to buy our current home and selling our old home without all of her help. Kate was always responsive with the million questions my husband and I had. She was also very accommodating to our schedules with two little ones. I would recommend her to everyone when it comes to buying or selling a home. We will definitely use her with any future home purchases and recommend her to everyone we know.

Kate was the perfect realtor for my wife and I. We unexpectedly found the perfect home only days before heading out of the country. Kate was amazing and patient with us, going above and beyond with paperwork, communication at all hours, and every other detail to ensure the home was ours. While overseas we were able to both sell our current home and buy our dream home. Kate was recommended to us from a very trusted friend. We started the process of buying and selling at the same time and didn't really know what to expect. I assumed that we would be looking for a home fora few months because the market is so crazy, but Kate helped us understand what we needed to do to be aggressive to get the home that we wanted. She was great with responding and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Buying our home was the best case scenario and selling the condo was easier than expected because she helped make it appealing to potential buyers. The timing was perfect and we are very happy with the entire process.
