I've been coming here for 3 years twice an year for micros and I always leave an 20 to 25. Tip. For every time I have braids that come out 3 days after I leave the shop , they want payment before they do your hair just for me to walk and to come back 3 days later for rude service... Miss. ANGELA. Is the only one who cared to fix my hair and was very sweet .. if I decide to go back I will make sure she is the one to do my hair.. ..

Great service, great employees, only thing is the coupons displayed on the website they do not take gave some excuse as to why but that didn’t take away from the great look of my hairdo. ud83dudc4dud83cudfff

Great service I called ahead and they took about 30mins to start but they kept the communication with me open and let me know ahead of time. They were caring and kept asking if I was ok d/t being pregnant. My hair was neat everyone that left before me they hair style was neat and pretty. I will be back. Great customer service. Med box braids with two people doing them took 3 hours. Yes they wore a mask.

It was okay my hair is very nice I don't know if I can ever get use to someone speaking a language I don't understand around me the whole time I'm there but that's there first language so I guess its just natural to them.

I called ahead of time to ask if someone could do my hair and I described how I wanted it (5 big cornrow braids braided to the back with 3 small braids at the beginning that connects into the big braids each). They tell me to come and they can do it. I arrive 15 minutes later and tell them I’m the person they told to come. I show them the picture (simple braids like I explained). They quote me a price then I said “okay”. I sit and wait about 10 minutes then the same lady who quoted me the price come up and said “excuse me but we don’t have anyone here that can braid your hair right now”. It was only 2 other women there that was getting box braids and each woman had 2nAfrican hair braiders in their head. It was also 3 other African workers just sitting around talking. I explained to her that I called ahead of time and they told me to come. I explained that I have been sitting here for the past 10 minutes and I have things to do today. I could of been at the next African hair braiding place waiting instead they just made me waist my time. They are always so UNPROFESSIONAL and I only was coming there because it was a LAST resort. PLEASE do not come here! The only person that does hair good anyways is Deloris. They all stand around and talk extremely loud when the shop isn’t that big to be talking so loudly. Sounds like a screaming match if you ask me. GO ELSEWHERE
