Service is always great at far as the quality of nails. But the wait this visit was ridiculous. I understand a lot has changed but this was crazy wait time. Some said they had been there for 3-4 hours. The wait would have been easier to swallow had the tech not accept clients in the chair while I was waiting after telling me I was next. Keeping me informed would have been nice. Rather than not saying anything making me feel disrespected. I signed in at 5:30 and left at 8. Had my ol Man not taken the car to do errands I would've never waited that long.

It was my first and last time ever visiting this shop. There weren’t any customers, should have been a sign. Tommy is one of the worst nail techs in Columbus Ohio!!!!nMy nails are natural and he consistently insisted I get acrylic on my nail and just get a balance. After I stressed several times that is not an option for my natural nail because I do not like fake nails. I told him to relax. He broke two of my nails using a paper towel to wipe off my dip polish. If anyone knows about dip when he is being taken off it is sticky. When I said he broke two of my nails he just looked at me and said okay. ud83dude15nMy service was dip and toe polish change. They had very little selections of dip polish and again tried to get me to get acrylic on my nails.nnI had a polish change and had to ask more than twice for him to get the old polish off my toe nails. Then the polish he used was very faint, so I asked for another coat. He got frustrated and told me it won’t dry. As if that took a rocket scientist to figure out. Then before I left I had to ask for a top coat and he then said too many coats. ud83eudd74.nMy dipped nails weren’t defined to the shape of my nail and I asked for him to fix it. He asked for a receipt and told me next time to visit another place. I also asked for the utensils to be cleaned as they weren’t because I could see day before rubbish on them. ud83dude15nAs if I would ever come back. This place is complete TRASH!!nNOT WORTH THE STOP. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION.

The prices were fine, however my I got my nails done March 31 today’s date is April 6 hasn’t even been a week and my GEL polish is chipping for both my nails and feet. I’m not sure if it’s the brand they use or because they didn’t use two coats but it’s very disappointing along with frustrating.

Just down right wonderful , loved it.

2nd time at this shop and I will never go back. There are too many nail shops in Columbus that appreciate their customers and take pride in the work done. Listen to the reviews DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to this nail shop. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere that cares about the job they do. Tommy is horrible yelling just pay and Go because his tech Tina acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. It was very clear the polish on my hands and nails were not a perfect match. I paid left and went to another shop who redid my nails for free and guess the polish on my nails and toes matched. We are customers without us you wouldn't have a business. DO NOT go to this shop.
