The perfect small office is just what the name implies...perfect.nIt’s made very simple and straightforward for renting short term or longer periods.nThe offices are extremely clean and professional.nFrom an office suite with a waiting area or the use of the general waiting area everything keeps an excellent experience for your clients.nCaitlin has done such a great job to turn that branch into a top flight go to for professionals.

A perfect space. Friendly staff. Very understanding of your needs. I had one of the smaller spaces and never had a problem with neighbors or excess noise. I wonderful and convenient location for anyone in the west chester area!

We have been in our office for over a year. Our office is located close to everything in West Chester. It is very affordable, clean and quiet. There is always maintenance and sales staff in the building during normal business hours if you ever need assistance or after hours just a phone call away. I highly recommend CMC Properties for any small business looking for an affordable office space.
