My first time trying to use the cleaning service.A week prior to the supposed cleaning. I took the day off of work.And was looking to get my apartment clean for new furniture delivered on that day 2/4/21... no one contacted me called me text me email me or tried to reach out to me in any form or fashion about the cancellation of service
