Wash Club

moved into a new place with a washer.....washer broke day one. used this company because I was new to the neighborhood and the online platform is easy to navigate.nnfirst pick up/drop off was fine. little pricey but whatever.nnsecond pick up/drop off was also fine but the bill was outrageous.nnmy wife packed up this load and included two very small dog beds and a bath mat. they charged me $5 for the bath mat, whatever. But $15 for each dog bed is highway robbery. Takes no more to wash and dry a small dog bed as a normal bath towel.nnI've been using pickup/drop off laundry for over ten years with three different companies. $ 0.70-$1.20 per pound is normal......nnAfter it was all said and done I paid WASH CLUB over $2.50 per poundnnThey didn't separate underwear or socks and the stacking of the laundry made no sense.nnTowel/towel/shirt/underwear/towel/shirt/shirt/sock/shirtnnNot worth it.

Dry cleaning was not delivered until our following wash order and came back smelling like smoke.nnBigger issue was the customer service. The customer service use to be incredible from Washclub. However, this most recent experience, I encountered Jerry Rome on the phone. Apparently he is the owners brother. The customer service from him was condescending and insulting, insinuating a lack of intelligence on my part. He constantly interrupted me, and was incapable of having a calm conversation to resolve the issue.nnIf this is the owners brother, I have no interest in ever using this company again. If I could go lower than a 1 star, Jerry, I would. I recommend you not be customer facing in the future.

They damaged my down feather winter coat. Both customer rep I spoke with said I would receive a full refund for the purchase price of my jacket with a receipt of purchase price. They send me a check for 10% of the value of the jacket. When I called back to complain, they basically said that's our policy regardless of what you were told. Basically, if you use their service, be prepared to have your item be damaged and not get any money back for a replacement.

I previously gave one star because I thought my clothes were missing but it was my mistake. However it made me realize how bad the customer service via email was (His name was Rick). You guys should look into that. People over the phone are great though, Clothes well cleaned and folded with a free laundary bag ud83dudc4cud83cudffd... only put off was the email rep.

Would never use them again. Pick driver was rude and very aggressive with my laundry by throwing them. My socks where not folded just thrown all over my new $5 laundry bag I also found a pocket filled with dirty clothes they never washed... Thank You WashClub NYCud83dudc4e
