Im very pleased with the work and hospitable experience of the staff for the last 3 years but I do have a issue when your cleaning staff damaged my shirts (1of 2) and I purchased another shirt ($30) to replace the 1 that was damaged to be charged $23. They waived the tax which is required in my state. I guess It's the price you have to pay to do business in NYC. If I ran this business I would consider you my constant, reliable customer and waiver that 1 shirt. Just my business mind brainstorming. Smh
