First time ever in my life using a pick up and drop off service and I am so glad I chose this company! They are super easy to book online, contactless, and they alert you the whole time via text/emails/calls. The person picking up my laundry was telling me he was on the way and picked it right up at the time they promised. Then they were supposed to drop it off the next day around 3 to 4, but they dropped it off much earlier to my surprise. The laundry was folded and cleaned very well! I can't say enough great things about my experience here and I will keep using them from now on especially since I no longer have the need to own a vehicle, but doing laundry is tough without a vehicle. Prices are also very reasonable!

For the most part I love there service. It does have some flaws. I love the fast pick up and the communication but I almost NEVER get all of my socks back.

This business is beyond SUPERIOR! I absolutely refuse to believe any of the negative reviews. The staff and owners are friendly, smart, professional and they actually remember your name when corresponding, very reassuring. I also appreciated receiving updated texts during the whole process so I was not left wondering about anything.nnThey are the kindest people and truly care about the customer. In fact, they are so honest and generous, they only charged for a blanket when in fact they could have charged me more for it as a comforter AND they reimbursed me $40.00. which they didn't have to do. You don't find business people like that nowadays.nnMy laundry was perfectly washed, dried, hung and folded. Pick-up and delivery was speedy and reliable. I found it to be such a relief finding SI Laundry Co, they certainly have a new, regular customer in me and I am recommending them to everyone I know. You won't go wrong here. :)

I had my first experience with them this week and it went so smooth. They picked up and dropped off my clothes earlier than expected (called before to make sure it was okay) and Gene/Jean (unsure of the spelling but he was the delivery guy) was polite, professional and followed the delivery instructions to the T (which most do not) Everything was fresh and folded nicely. Will definitely use them again for sure!
