Bus never comes on time, drivers lie and change the pickup time without ever informing you. My sons bus is either ten minutes early or 45 minutes late. I’m about to just drive my son to school at this point.

Awesome bus company. Always available when we have needed them. Service is top notch, we would highly recommend them to any one that has transportation needs.

I haven’t had any problems with this bus company since my daughter started using their services and I completely understand each parents’ plight, but should anything happen regarding my child in a bus, around a driver or matron, I won’t be calling! I’ll be showing up so they can see my face! I don’t play about my child!

My special needs son was on bus and driver got onto accident on Staten island expressway. Was taken into abulance to hospital. Bus driver did not apologize...nor did the bus company. Bus company should be investigated. Thank God my son was ok. Place has no respect for anyone. Be aware when you put your child on the bus.
