Short breakdown of our experience: My fiancee made an appointment. She received multiple emails and phone calls confirming the appointment time. 20 mins elapsed after the appointment time and she received no phone call. She followed up, her appointment wasn't found in the system, even after multiple confirmation emails were sent. Forward to a week later, I made an appointment. I received multiple emails confirming appointment time. The doctor calls me 45 mins AFTER appointment time, claiming that appointments are given in a 2 hour window. Email doesn't indicate this at all. Gave my insurance ID, said someone would follow up, received no phone calls.nnAn absolute waste of time, and terrible customer service. We'll be going elsewhere.
