Amazing place to live . Great community, great management . Fast maintenance. Great location

I lived at unit 3607 in Woodland Acres for 18 months and we had mice in the attic for the last 12 months in the unit. There was nonstop scurrying and scratching at all hours of the night. I called and email with Karen and Kerry multiple times a week and nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting. Would NOT recommend moving into this neighborhood. The unit is already filled with someone new so hopefully they fixed the issue but would be shocked if they did.

Beautiful townhomes! They are very modern in the interior and the exterior has good curb appeal. They are in a quiet neighborhood as well and very safe to ride bikes and such.

Karen (the manager) and everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming. They really have created a real community with its residents. We love it here!
