I live in Village Green and have been looking for a place for 2 years now. I have went to a few showings and when told of the date and time of the end of bids found out the place was already under contract BEFORE that. And I check daily driving through Village green for properties around the fairway circle area. I did see just yesterday a sign that went up with a sold sign already attached and the property when looked up on google was never listed. Must be on an a-list to get a chance at a property in this area. Very shady business...

Not nice girls. Just want people sign a lease without see the apartment first.

I had always heard good things about Caldwell banker so I chose them to sell my house last year. The house sold in two days because it was priced so low. And from that point on until the closing it was a nightmare. I clearly chose the wrong agent and had it not been a legal nightmare I probably would have not gone through with the sale of the house. I have many regrets and would never recommend them to anyone. I had no say in anything and was left extremely disappointed and disturbed. Find another agent. I wish I had gone with Realty USA instead.
