In May 2020, due to a shift in our family dynamic, we learned that we would need to sell our home quickly. We began working with Sarah in June. Beyond being responsive, Sarah was proactive, and a great communicator. She made sure we were clear on what was needed at each step, and she referred us to every contractor/vendor/contact required to make the house market-ready and move forward. We listed, and within 4 days had the right buyer, who came in above asking price. Today marked their final walkthrough, and we close this week. From start to signing, Sarah Collins has been our family's shero. We recommend her highly, without reservation.

Terrible. Receptionist I believe her name is Julie, completely berated me when I was just asking simple questions about selling. I’m new to this, and to be yelled at and called stupid because I don’t know the “lingo” is super upsetting. I do not recommend hunt real estate at all. I will never use hunt, and I will encourage my friends and coworkers to do the same. I really can’t believe how I was treated. This is awful.
