Heritage Park Apartments

Heritage park apartments are beautiful and a good size and come with central air which is amazing during the summer and winter months i would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff is super nice and willing to work with you.

Danielle the complex manager is beyond amazing!!! She has been helpful informative and supportive during our application process and lease signing. She is always prompt with returning calls as well as willing to adjust her schedule to meet your needs.nOur apartment is completely redone and beyond our expectations.nI will update this review once we have been in the complex a bit.

⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fBEWARE!!!!⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fDONT EVER RENT FROM A BARRINGTON PROPERTY. I lived at woodhaven complex for 2 yearsThe first year was great and I had absolutely no issues, but then the second year they moved the office lady Karen to another complex and that’s when things went down hill fast. In September I transferred to another complex in Liverpool, after two months I still hadn’t received my deposit back so I went in and asked, well with all of the turn over In that office they never sent it out, and while that was annoying I understood, they told me I would receive a certain amount within the next two weeks, well then the next day they email me saying they found damage in the apartment(that I moved out of two months ago) and that the amount back wouldn’t be the number they quoted me, mind you they did my inspection and told me everything was fine and I have an email from them saying I was getting the amount back. I emailed the company feedback line for clarification, I also emailed Jamar the manager and Woodhaven, no one emailed me back. I have emailed them once a month for the last 4 months, I have called and no one will get back to me. Now I have to take them to small claims court to get my money back. Incredibly unprofessional and no way to run a company
