Extremely clean , friendly and welcoming. The person working on me was very professional and we actually had a great conversation. My only problem is my feet are just as rough as before I sat down to get the most expensive pedicure they offer. I was expecting to have my heels, balls of my feet, and sides of big toes worked on. This was maybe the 4th time in my life I had a pedicure and the other 3 times I had those parts of my feet worked on which is why I had that expectation. Possibly a difference in culture between the other establishments and this place based on the condition of my feet before and after?

Best experience today. I'm obsessed with my nails and receiving tons of compliments. Caitlin is amazing and whiling to go out of the box and mix it up. I love that I can bring a picture of some nails on pintrest and she is willing to try, make suggestions or be up front and say that is not in my wheel house but let's try this. I'm thankful the honesty. I hate going to someone showing a picture of what I want and it is nothing like it. Thank you Caitlin for making my birthday special.

I have not had my hair done in at least a year and a half. I decided to make an appointment with Jenna to go from blonde to silver/gray. It was a big change and I was nervous. Jenna was just AWESOME! She not only make the appointment extremely comfortable but my hair is exactly what I wanted and I absolutely LOVE it I would highly recommend Jenna. I can't Thank her enough for the Wonderful new look :)

Kori was WONDERFUL , explained everything as she was performing laser treatment. Can't say enough good things about her!

I’d definitely recommend this place for facials but not for manicures or pedicures. Old nail polish was not fully removed before applying the new polish and no cuticle nippers were used. Also, their website says that they do dip gel nails but the girl that does dip gel “doesn’t like doing it,” so no dip gel was done that day. Also, one girl I was with did not want her manicure and I asked the girl at the front desk if I could get a refund and she said yes but then I was told a few days later that it was not possible. The place seems a little disorganized but they seem nice enough.
