David Kasner is not only the absolute best landlord but he is a great friend. He is a great communicator and is very attentive in always making sure everything is taken care of when it comes to my apartment. He is constantly looking to help us out in any way he can, and always looking for new ways to renovate/ keep the apartment looking great! I have nothing but great things to say about him, and I have only heard great things about him from other people. I wish I could rent a property from him for life!

Went out of his way to make sure the occupants of the rental were miserable and constant harassment of neighbors. David managed to make life a living hell for the tenants . Habitual liar, if you want to live somewhere without being subject to harassment,lies,disrespect, and normal interaction with an adult do not deal with him .nVideos of tenants throwing packages and kicking them anywhere they chose is acceptable to David.nDavid is the worst landlord and has no sense of morals ,nHe does not respect your privacy , he will let service people show up while you are showering with no phone call to let you know a stranger will be at your home as you exit your bathroom.nStay far away from this mess of a realtor/landlord
