Maria is a bit of a space cadet. Takes forever to respond then when she does, she takes the conversation in totally different direction.nnMy GF and I asked simple questions about the listing and she started talking about not being able to open documents we sent her, or the property not being valuable. (We simply asked when we could schedule a viewing.)

I had the pleasure to work with gull realty when i was looking for a 2 bedroom beach house to rent in long beach this past October. I worked with the real estate agent and broker to find the perfect place for me. Both agent Lisa and broker Maria were very patient and accommodating to me in my search. They were both pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area i was looking at(Long Beach). While showing me homes they took the time to point out all the pros and cons of each home. I am very particular and was relieve that they were patient and thorough while i went through my selection process.nThey found me a beautiful high end beach house one block from beach that fit my needs. Even after i moved in they checked up on me and house to make sure i was happy. I did have some small issues with plumbing and furniture but they made sure landlord took care of all of the issues before i moved in and after as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them again to any of my friends.

One of the most unprofessional and rude people I have met. I went to them with my co workers recommendation to find an apartment. Maria the broker makes me sit there in front of her for 30 mins without talking to me. You are not the only one who is busy with work! My time has value too!! Then shows me places with broker whereas I was told my by co worker that they don't charge brokers fee. Brokers fee is fine as long as they are up front about it. Next day, calls me about an apartment and I asked her to give me 5 mins so i can check with my fiance about it and rudely hangs up on me about being indecisive. Then she calls my co worker and tell him how I am wasting her time and I am very indecisive.nIf it didn't work out between us, that is cool, but, how rude and unprofessional to call my co worker and complain about me!!! Save your time and dont go to her. I am glad it didnt work out.

I found Gull Realty to be shady. Couldn’t provide documents timely as requested. Attempted to change the price multiple times. Provided furniture that was damaged. The properties we rented were damaged upon moving in-their response was to tell me the properties were beautiful and luxury.nOnce our lease was up, we got no response. Have not heard from them or received our deposit back.nRun quickly!!

Many things add up to what one can consider overall customer satisfaction.nMy husband and I have moved to the area with very little notice. After searching for a company whom has been in business long enough (that’s where Gull Realty won) We went in ready as we did notice a couple of negative reviews; hub and I met with Maria and soon realized a couple of grumpy folks may have passed by as we experienced otherwise.nOur experience with Maria has been anything but negative. Throughout our stay she has been very welcoming. Much so, she has become our trusted point person in regards to our real estate needs. And for that I’d like to thank her.
