This has got to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.nAside from the staff barely fluent in coherent english. When they had recently bungled my order of non starching my shirts I had made a request to have it noted on my account for the future to not starch my shirts, so that it would not ruin the buttons again on my new custom shirts. Instead she insisted that I must pay $3.25 vs $2.20 for hand pressing each shirt after cleaning on all my old off the rack shirts as well. I said no, I would like to just machine press and she refused. The basic tenet of retail is customer service and providing the services the customer wants vs what you want to sell them. A simple request which was bungled initially on my order, should result in future compliance not price gouging! I will report as well this unscrupulous behavior to the better business Bureau. If you like rude service with price gouging please patronize this establishment

Great job on shirts, always ready to accommodate if they can. Cleaning always ready on time.

Very convenient if you live in area. They do quality work. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. And free licorice.

Great place. They did alterations exactly as needed and are not too expensive. They made a mistake on one of my items and altered it free of charge at a later date.

After almost 10 YEARS of being a loyal customer to this place, I think it is time that I move on. For as long as I can remember the same 2 people work here and I have never seen either of them smile. I get shirts back with dirt marks on them and the women explains to me that for $1.75 they do not clean the WHOLE shirt, for that she will have to charge me extra!nThere is also a very strictly upheld policy of a $15 minimum for credit card charges.
