They were able to pick up my rugs the next day, and had them back to me in a little over a week. They look fantastic, and the men who delivered carpet rugs helped trim a carpet pad so that everything looked perfect! Great job! Thank you..!!

I've used Rug Cleaning Service in Long Island twice for carpet and small rug cleaning and they've done a great job both times. They removed dirt from high traffic areas and remnants of red wine stains. They were also very responsive, booking a next-day appointment when I needed help removing an odor from the carpet. They're extremely courteous, treated my home with respect, and used environmentally-friendly products. They provided amazing customer service at a affordable price. I am very happy with their excellent customer service. I would definitely suggest this company to my family and friends as well and use this company again....!!!

This is the first time to use carpet cleaning service. Peter and Tom were very courteous, friendly and did a wonderful job with cleaning our carpet! Carpets had not been cleaned in over 5 years, there were oil stains from snacks on our carpet. They had highly updated machines and for this reason they cleaned carpet perfectly! Moreover charges are much affordable! I would highly suggest this business!

I was satisfied with the service performed by the technician, Jack! He arrived on time, did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and was very professional! I especially appreciated that both him and the person who assisted him wore a mask and covered their shoes, something that's very important to me these days. My carpet is now totally fresh!
