After getting a puppy our old carpet started looking more and more hopeless and I thought the best option will be to replace it. They showed up few minutes prior to the appointment and cleaned the whole place in less than 40 minutes and the carpet looks brand new. I'm so happy with my choice and they did a marvelous job. And the price was super affordable just like what I was quoted over the phone when made my appointment. Very prompt reply for a quote and very quick and easy to schedule. They did a great job deep cleaning three bedrooms over three floors and did some area rugs. The crew was professional and fast. Their technician were Super first I was thinking to replace carpet with new one but later I give a chance to Area Rug Cleaning Long Island. Just had my carpets cleaned by these guys... couldn't be happier! They had given me an arrival time between 9 and 10 am, and sure enough, they were here by 9:08. My carpets look great. There were 2 stains I was hoping to have removed, too. One of them turned out to be red wine (a really old stain), and couldn't be entirely removed. (Pete explained the how and why of it to my satisfaction.) Still looks better than it did before. The other stain... well, looks like it was never there! Highly recommend Area Rug Cleaning Long Island, and will use them again in the future.
