Highview Manor Apts

For several months I was waiting for the right apartment for me. I was kept up with updates and all my questions were answered. I needed maintenance On 2 occasions and both were resolved within 24 hours. My apartment was clean and I really like the dog park and multiple walking paths. Everything is lit up well at night , grounds salted and neighbors are quiet. I also like the laundry App that can be downloaded to know when finished and keeps your clothes locked so no one else can open. Storage units are also provided and having spectrum in a package deal is nice as well. Friendly staff and would recommend to others

Within a week of moving in, I found mold. Entire kitchen was gutted but installation leaves something to be desired. Noise from neighbors is a constant problem, and the dog poop is everywhere. The pool and gym that convince people to move in are never open. Moving out as soon as covid ends

Not a bad location. Nice new paint and carpets but the kitchen had more grease and grime than a diner and the bathroom tiles had so much disgusting soap scum, it took 3 days and 2 bottles of Scrubbing Bubbles to get it to a point I could shower - with water shoes on.nThe grounds are pretty clean and the pool and playground are a nice feature.nIt's still too soon to provide feedback on the maintenance service as I have not been in need as of yet.nAll in all, not the best, not the worst place to live. Better on second floor as some have pet elephants that can drive a tenant on the first floor crazy

Mold in my apartment made me very sick. Avoid this place, it is not worth sacrificing your health.

Was hoping when Sinatra and Company Real Estate took over things would get better. However, we still have no light in our parking lot after 3 months, management does not enforce cleaning up after dogs & noisy neighbors. Can't wait to move out
