I appreciate that they have worked with me through the very tough times starting in 2020 economically and financially. I do love the location and the overall value for the money of these apartments. There are some great neighbors and people here and the office staff is usually pretty responsive and friendly which I appreciate! there's also some great new amenities like a dog park, fitness room and they put new windows in over the summer which was much needed and awesome! also heat is included as its baseboard which is great, and there's laundry access in the basement.nMany units have updates, mine had new flooring when I moved in which was nice.nTo live in this area I think it's a decent value, these aren't super luxury apartments but the cost of those would be much more in this area. And they do their best to add value and have been doing updates to add value recently with the new management!

My daughter loves her apartment here. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is always helpful. Love the pool!

We’ve only lived here since the summer, but, our apartment is quiet, and the location is ideal. Nikki in the leasing office has been so efficient and helpful whenever I have needed anything. She is very quick to communicate and respond. Thank you!

Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The ladies in the office are great and helpful. New windows were installed over the summer.
