It's very peaceful out here i Love that but as far as the apts here are not up to par the way they should be especially the bathrooms & the Cost of Living/ Rent is Unacceptable extremely High for just a 1 Bedroom Maintenance needs to do much better

Karen is amazing! Even during a pandemic she is always answering questions both in phone and online. Excellent management, I was very impressed.

Perinton Manor is a great place to live. I had shopped AROUND Rochester looking for a great place to move into and you really find it here. I have been living here two years and it truly is great. I read the rest of the comments on here and just ask have you ever tried another apartment complex? The maintenance team is friendly and knowledgeable, and the management team is open and honest. The community is generally made up of nice people too. They've been going through so much change (ownership and managers) while still being able to keep up to a great standard. Awesome job!!

Previously, I gave Perinton manor a great review. In the past 4 months since moving to a new apartment at Perinton manor, my opinion of the apartment complex has gone down hill.nnThe apartment common areas are dirty, including the entry way, hall way, and laundry area. When bringing this up to management, they said they had no cleaners. It’s been over a month now and nothing has been cleaned. The dumpster area is disgusting, with people throwing their trash wherever they please.nnI have had to make complaints of people smoking weed and cigarettes indoors and nothing was done to rectify the issue.nnCars have been broken into and packages have been stolen from the entry way areas.nnI have expressed concerns about all of these issues and nothing has been done about them. That is the most frustrating part about living here.nnIf you want a safe, clean place to live Perinton Manor is not the place for you!
