Glenwood Townhouses

Lived there for years. Nice town houses affordable but parking isn't ideal. UpdatennParking would be great if everyone had a second parking spot and the only overflow would be at the playground.

Brigitte Nikolevski is a terrible property manager and has a serious attitude problem. She refused to acknowledge a serious recurring safety hazard in our apartment (some sort of gas leak/chemical) and we were forced to pay for a vacant unit for months.nnUnits are also poorly built. We had a renovated unit, but renovations seem to be only surface level (makes it look nice but it's still old and built badly underneath. new stove wont fix rusted pipes across the house). Regularly heard neighbors using the bathroom, snoring, etc. Had a leak cave in part of the kitchen ceiling leaving a hole that went unfixed for the year we lived here. Had a drip in a wall that was audible both upstairs and downstairs and regularly pooled water into the basement, which was never fixed. Unit smelled musty from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. 2 inch gap along the floor spanning the entire patio door which led to the outside which allowed ants and spiders and outside air to pour in. Big holes into the basement through the downstairs floor, we would periodically get large crickets in our living room. Water always smelled (drinking, coming from toilets, when taking showers/baths), tasted bad, and had visible particles in it, we had to use a water filter for drinking water which only slightly remedied the problem.nnAdditionally, our security deposit had unnecessary and frivolous deductions, and we ended up getting only $150 back from the initial $1120. These people are frauds.nnStay away from glenwood townhomes (rochester midtown realty), and stay away from rochester rentals in general as every landlord in the area seems to be bred from the same cesspit of money grabbing slimebags.
