I just moved in hidden creek june 15 and my townhouse is not what u would expect as much the rent is u would come into a bathroom that is in poor condition floor is a mess grout is filthy the toilet at the base has been sealed with some white mess and brown stains at the base there was dog hair in the drawers the doors of the bedroom and bathroom needs to be replaced the tiles downstairs doorway is pealing off the vents in the bedroom and downstairs kitchen had so much dinterested in and lent in them it was horrific i have pictures of everything and to top it off i was told today its only minor things i dont see what the problem is to be treated in such a manor speaks volume my lease is up in a year and i will never rent any type of property again from here the gate was hanging off the hinges and my so called fenced in yard looks like a horse stall i cant believe human beings have to go through this type of treatment after giving up your hard earned money have called channel 10 new waiting for them to give me a time so they can come look at this mess it is ridicolous on how they over charge u and dont do a damn thing have contacted the mayor also and i have an appointment to see someone in yhe office so they can look at the pictures i have of what wasvrented out to me this is a disgrace and i wouldnt advise anyone thats looking for a decent place to live to choose this hellhole

Worst place to use. Over priced , under used , if you want to be charged top dollar . With little return there for you.
