They were awesome and got my daughter and I in at the last minute. Good job. I wish they were a little more professional and less chatty with each other, but overall you get what you pay for and it is a good deal.

Unfortunately I will not be using Ruby Nails going forth. I used to have a great experience when I went there. I have complained for some time that when I get a gel manicure, the color on the topcoat starts changing to a yellowish hue and the tips of my French manicure starts darkening. They keep insisting it's not their topcoat. The last time I had a French manicure and pedicure I spent $70+. Within a week it was looking terrible and they were so rough filing the nails that one had broken way down. I went in to have my nail repaired and have the polish removed. The owner? Manager? could see that it was the topcoat because as soon as he filed off the topcoat, it was perfectly white underneath. He offered no compensation, was very rough and 3 more nails broke way down. They charge more than some of the salons and I expected that the service would be great! Not so much.

This was my first time at Ruby Nails, as my normal salon was closed that day. Asked for a gel manicure. When I first sat down, another woman had just left that station before me. Nothing had been sanitized, or wiped down. The area for the UV light to cure my nails was sticky, and had not been cleaned. Personally I felt as though my nail tech was simply going through the motions, and was quite rude at times. My nails ended up being short and jagged, and when I left there was polish on the skin of my fingers. Had to go back and asked for it to be cleaned up. The lady that first took me to fix it was very pleasant, and cleaned up my nailsnnicely. Halfway through my original nail tech took over, and instead of removing the polish, just cut off my skin in the areas there was polish. My nails are still jagged and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff for the most part seemed quite rude, and nothing was clean. I was charged $40 for a manicure I was very unsatisfied with.

Very clean and professional. Sarah did my manicure and pedicure today and she was awesome. Would 100% recommend this place.
