VIP Nails

I got my nails done about a week ago, and they’re already lifting. I was displeased when I first got them done because they were uneven, and extremely thick. We had discussed the shape and length before so I was confused as to what happened. Not only were my nails not what we had discussed, the woman I had was not very friendly at all. I’ve NEVER had a problem here, I always love the atmosphere and how my nails turn out, but not this time..I’m very disappointed.

VIP Nails is the best nail place on the east side of Rochester, hands down! I've only been going for a few months, and the entire staff is always so welcoming. I usually get a dip manicure and a regular pedicure, both a reasonable price. I have my usual girl who does amazing, but if she is not available, anyone else that has done my nails does a wonderful job, and pays close attention to detail. A lovely group of people!!
