Only list your house with this realtor if your house is in perfect condition and you plan on doing most of the work to find a buyer. After almost 2 years of working with her she never put a lock box on the door for showings or even put a sign in the yard to advertise that the house was for sale. Likes to communicate via text instead of calling you about showings or issues. House was foreclosed on before it was sold! Goodbye house and goodbye credit score.
