My group and I recently stayed at the Inn and had a wonderful experience. As a group of 36, we were concerned we wouldn’t find a place big enough to fit everyone, but this house had enough room and more. The house delivered on everything that was in the description. The WIFI was strong enough that group members were able to take remote calls throughout the house during the day, as well as stream videos. The multiple living rooms and basement bar were spacious and allowed us to spread out throughout the house doing different activities. Finally, since we visited in the winter, we were not able to make use of the pool but did make use of the hot tub! This house is situated on a secluded property that gave us the privacy our group needed to enjoy a group vacation, but was also close enough to the town that we could get groceries and meals. Working with the property management team on booking the house was also an ease. They were pleasant, professional, and prompt in their interactions, which helped us plan the best trip possible. Your group will love entertaining in the spacious outdoor space, pool, and large basement area. With this house, my group and I were able to make fond memories grilling meals and spending time together. If you are looking for a place to host your next group event, look no further!”

My friends and I were looking to rent a spacious property with a large pool and easy access to local stores; our expectations were fully met with this property. There was 22 people and plenty of room to spare. The listing description was accurate in seemingly every way, detailing the layout of the rooms very accurately. The beautiful view from the pool/ pool deck was breathtaking and provided a relaxing and photo-friendly experience from sunrise to sunset. One day in particular it rained, however, we equally enjoyed our time in the downstairs bar room and the upstairs living room; which was perfect for entertaining large groups. This was my first time planning a large gathering of this capacity. Brett was very helpful throughout the entire process and accommodating to our group and the various needs. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it for a good time with friends.

This review is done as per The Consumer Review Fairness Act which protects people’s ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct, in any forum, including social media. I had to mention above since Brett, the property owner, threatened that we cannot do a negative review as per the contract, after one of my group members did an honest review here.nnWe stayed at this location for 3 nights on the last weekend of July. The owner claims the house is renovated; but it needs so many upgrades.nnThe bedrooms which has 2 beds in are congested and do not have enough space to put your luggage. Majority of the bedrooms do not have any closets to hang cloths. Some bedrooms have chest which is very old and is very hard to open. Pillows in most of the bedrooms are flat and should be replaced. The two bedrooms in the attic; with steep low slope, can only be used for kids. The passage from the so-called game room to these 2 bedrooms are narrow and the wall has dents and is peeling off.nnThere are no garbage/trash cans nor bathmats on the floor in any of the bathrooms. The bathtubs on most of the bathrooms need repair. The bathroom my family shared is clogged and it take some time to drain the water. The basements bathroom conditions are very poor and dark.nnThe kitchen in first level is very small and is impossible to do any cooking for a large group. The stairs to the basement kitchen are steep and the passage to the kitchen from the stairs is so narrow; but the kitchen is larger than the 1st level kitchen. The house has only 1 large pot and some small pots for cooking. So if you plan to cook for large group, I suggest to bring your own pot.nnThere is no proper dining area in this house; folding chairs and tables are available for you if you care to set up and put it back after use.nnBBQ grill seemed like it has not been cleaned for so many months. If you’re planning to use BBQ grill, plan ahead since you need to spend some time to clean it.nnThe Foosball, Bubble Hockey, Air Hockey are okay. But the pool table needs to be replaced or repair. The net is broken and it is dirty with bird droppings.nnThe washer and dryer are inside the boiler room were all the plumbing are.nnThe fans in the bedrooms are not ceiling fans; but tower fans which takes up space in the already small bed rooms and is good for only 1 person if the fan is on the one side of the bednnThe pool, hot tub, volley ball court and the large living rooms are good. The view from the pool deck is breathtaking.nnDo I recommend this property to anyone I know? Absolutely no, for USD10,500+USD500.00 cleaning for 3 nights.

Our family just spent a week at The Inn, and we loved every moment of it. There was more than enough room for our party of 17. The days were spent hiking the Catskills or lounging by the pool. The evenings were cool, so the hot tub became the center of interest. The only thing we missed was a dining area for when it was too hot to eat on the deck. The deck has only picnic tables which for an older person were hard to get in and out of. We did have the luxury of tables and chairs we could have brought from the basement, but again, this was a little difficult for the older members of our party to have to do. This is an amazing place. I wake up at home and miss my morning time on the deck looking out over the mountains. It is a beautiful view! Brett and Mandi were a pleasure to work with. I think i would like to visit The Lodge next time as it looks amazing, also. Thanks for the memories, Brett!

My wife and I were part of a group that spent three days in this House at the end of July. This place is situated in a naturally beautiful place with panoramic view. Our hope and excitement turned to disappointment as we entered inside the house. I have never stayed in a place that was so poorly maintained. There were two kitchens- one a small one and one in the basement. There were some old plates, very old pans and pots with scratched or partial coatings; there were no sets of silverware; everything was old. In the basement there was a bar kind of setting. There was no structure for us to sit together and eat or socialize. Rooms were set up in such a way that families would have to share with part of other families. Mattresses were old and springy. The entire group were upset. I give the two stars because there were beautiful pool and hotTub outside. I’ll give a five star to them. Had they not been there, I would have given a negative star to this facility.
