Brought in a few workshirts The gentleman looked at them and told me I should go somewhere else. WTH What was that about?

I used them occasionally and they run to the counter to greet you when you come in. However, they do come across as rude and non customer service friendly. They don’t smile or say much at all, also there’s other people who are not from another country that are employed here as well and they’re exceptional nice and friendly. Maybe it’s cultural only so please don’t take it personal or just go somewhere else. Your clothing and your choice ud83dudcaf. One last thing is I like good, friendly customer service so go figure. I still use them occasionally.

As reported below the owner can appear rude to many of us, but I attribute this mostly to cultural, language and business ethics differences between the owner and most Americans. Once he understood my special needs he has bent over backwards to satisfy my requests. If you can be patient and calm you will get excellent service. If you expect someone more like yourself or what you are used to, then shop for another. This might explain some of the huge differences in reviews!

They destroyed my wool blanket from Scotland. Completely shrunk, it looks like they put it in a regular washer and dryer. Do not come here.
