Cece is awesome, she's polite, keeps the place clean inside. There are way to many broken down washers and dryers. Forget doing your laundry on weekends as it's overrun with kids.
About 60% of the dryers don't work. Hot water on larger machines is turned off.
Dirty, Dusty, Broken EquipmentnWent in in the middle of the day, machine had no change, manager was on premise, but was unable to provide change. I was told that she could not be bothered to fill up the machine any time soon. This place is dirty outdated and managed by people who don't seem to care about either clenleyness or customer service. I would be amazed if this business is still in operation 6 months after the new modern laundry opens across the street. I can see why this town needs more options. Will not be back
Last time i go there most washers were out forcing people to use the more expensive machines and the place was not very clean at all
Used to love it. Fluff and Fold was delayed two days with promises to be ready. Showed up 2nd time and again not ready and was told washing then. Picked up and clothes were washed WITHOUT soap. Never again.
