Lovely Nails

Took my mother here for a treat, I personally drove from Puyallup to get my nails done. It was worth it! They did amazing leg massage and beautiful nails.. all with great service. We had a blast.

I’ve been here twice a month for about three months straight and usually have a great experience. However, the last few times I’ve been here my experience has been less than ideal. I was recently told that I didn’t need a manicure when I changed my gel polish. I said I wanted one anyway because I believe I did and they said no. I do think their decision to tell me that I did not need one was because they were very busy. Every time I get gel polish I always ask for two base coats. The last time I went I was told that would be an extra $5. I did vocalize I’ve been there several times and never had that charge and the lady doing my nails let me know that they always charge extra for 2 base cots. Also, during this visit I asked for manicure which they never did. I was just ready to leave and did not push that that’s what I had scheduled and asked for when I had walked in the door. There just seems to be a lot of inconsistency and they seem much more interested and getting things done fast versus doing things right which is a recent change.

I have had acrylics on and off for 15 years. I went to lovely’s because it seemed like a good location. WOW!!! I have never had my nails hurt with this throbbing pain before. I desperately want to rip them off. I asked when she put the tips on that they seemed wide and she said it was my nail bed. Nope it’s not cause now my nails feel like they are going pop off from the pressure. They turned on a movie so where distracted the whole time I ended up being there almost 2 hours. Save your time and money.
