When my family and I arrived to order sandwiches, the guy behind the counter put his mask on, and with the same bare hands, placed the paper down on the counter for my sandwich. He then put his gloves on and scratched his scalp, adjusted his hat and continued to make my sandwich. This is one of the many reasons I do not condone the wearing of masks, people think nothing of touching that petrie dish of a cloth, before doing things... including touching my food. As we sat eating, I observed the female employee also touch her mask with her gloved hands while making another customer's sandwich.
Really good quality food, however, 2 star rating for not having enough staff and are always slow. Also, when I called to order take out while I was at work, no one answered the phone. I was not happy about that what so ever. Those are the only two major complaints I have about this Subway. Otherwise, they do good making sandwiches.
Good food. Employees are always great! Always nice and super friendly..
Ordered our subs through the app. They were working on it when I got there. Subs were good. Had to wait a few minutes but that's fine. People on the counter were friendly. Busy in there when I arrived.
Very expensive for microwaved food. And no ketchup. The kid working was very friendly and helpful. This is not a shot at the location at all. Its just subway in general.
