The salon was very clean and the woman who did my nails was super nice! My nails came out great and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
Before visiting NT Nails, I would go where ever to get my nails done. It wasn’t until I visited Jenny and Nina that I realized the importance for a great nail tech. My nails always come out amazing! I’m a hairstylist and I never before could actually get three weeks out of nails like I do now. They are always clean and extremely friendly. I highly recommend NT Nails. I refuse to go anywhere else :)
Jenny and Nina did gel manicures for me and my daughter. They came out fantastic. Jenny answered my questions about other services and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
My appointment was at 2pm, at 2:04 they called me and I did not answer because I was pulling in the parking lot, I dropped my daughter off at the door to get started she walked in at 2:06. I continued to park the car grab my purse and come in, I walked in at 2:09 and she says she gave my appointment away because I didn't answer my phone(nor did they even leave me a voice mail message) at 2:04 ! Really! This is why I stopped going there, poor customer service. They will never have my business again and I will let everyone I know who wants to get there nails done not to go there. Not to mention, they have been late for their own appointments as I was a long time customer with them prior and I've had to wait longer than 15min for my scheduled appointment several times.
So super clean which is so important to me and my nails always look amazing! Would recommend this place to anyone in search of a new nail salon.
