My apartment with North End Properties is absolutely amazing. I love watching the sunrise over the city and the sunset over the mountains and look forward to coming home to such a beautiful place every day. The building is quiet and secure. The location is perfect, a quiet oasis in the city, where I can walk to grocery shop and run errands. Norri, the landlord and the people who work for her are kind and responsive. I look forward to staying here for a long time!

I've been living in a property managed by the North End Properties team and I have nothing but good things to say. The Landlady, Norri, is both professional and kindhearted, treating all of her tenants like family and refusing to charge more for her properties than is absolutely necessary.nnShe goes out of her way to cultivate a sense of community throughout her properties and encourage all of her tenants to reach out to her personally if we're having trouble or for any emergencies. Similarly, she's responsive and adaptable, moving away from traditional rent checks and into an online system that provides tenants with the convenience they desire and eliminating the hassle.nnThe quality of the properties managed, the professionalism of the North End Properties group, and the personal touch that Norri adds to her relationships with her tenants is the reason why her turnover rate is so incredible and why anyone looking should consider North End Properties their first choice in their apartment search.

Almost signed a lease in the Millyard West and changed my mind at the last minute - best decision I made last year as the apartment is ideally located, has more room, and less expensive. After some decorating I can honestly say my apartment is a joy to come home to everyday. No issues with neighbors so they obviously screen their tenants very well. No complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this property to anyone - I plan on being here for a long time (unless they raise the rent :)).

My brother and I have been living in an apartment building managed by Norri and the North End group and we have nothing but amazing things to say about the building and everyone who's part of NEP. I've never waited more than an hour for a response either by email or text/call when there's something I need and everyone has always been extremely helpful when it comes to information. Norri even created an online account for us to pay rent electronically. Absolutely amazing crew, absolutely amazing apartment, and absolutely amazing experience for my first apartment out of college. Every time I step in the building I truly feel at home. My brother and I knew this was going to be a special place from the moment we were touring it with Norri and I stand by that sentiment.

Norri is what makes living at North End Properties a dream! She is such a caring and considerate land lady, she's the best!! She is always super involved, and everyone on her team is helpful and considerate.
