I have nothing but praise for this management company. They are professional, responsive, helpful, and I feel they really do a great job of going above and beyond to try to meet the needs of their tenants. The maintenance crew is fast, responsive, and fantastic as well.nI've leased from them for almost 2 years now, and although I don't love the location of my place, everything else about it - including the management company - keeps me from going anywhere else.

Its been almost a year and I must say that SOCHA by far has been the best management company in the area. Winter is almost gone and they truly worked hard to make sure everyone’s spot is nice and clean! After a huge storm you don’t have to worry about shoveling yourself out, because it’s taken care of early in the morning (makes you feel like a celebrity). Overall, yes they are kind, professional and are always on top of everything. Many of the residents have rented for almost 2 or more years and that says a lot! Kudos to the office staff and maintenance for the hard work! If you asked me .... Socha is the way to go!

Socha companies is a horrible place to rent from. Especially the most recent owner is extremely rude and will never listen to what you have to say without hanging up the phone on you during mid conversation when she’s in the wrong. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they completely robbed us from our security deposit. We actually OWED $1,000 extra on top of taking our $1,400. They are extremely sneaky with the way they “run” their business. Even throughout the 2 years we were stuck there they were AWFUL!nErica Wade (who is not there anymore) was the only professional employee I’ve dealt with. Avoid this place & look further!
