Devan Plourde | Leasing Professional, was very friendly and attentive to all my family's needs. Devan is easy to work with and returned my phone calls in a timely manner and was eager to help! I have friend's that rent through Red Oak and are very pleased! If you are in the market for renting an apartment don't hesitate to check out Red Oak there care about their properties and the families that they rent to.

I've lived at a few red oak properties at this point and I've always had a good experience dealing with their employees. I recently transferred over to sunset ridge and had the pleasure of working with Desma, and I couldn't ask for better service. Very professional, responsive, helpful, and just very sweet in general. The property itself has been great, and is very good for the value. Quiet, clean, spacious, extra storage in the basement of the building, a laundry room right by my apartment, I'd say I'm satisfied. Thank you Desma and Red Oak!

My apartment had bed bugs. They treated the bed bugs, but after 2 treatments the bugs weren't going away, I decided to move out. Despite providing ample notice, they required I pay an additional months rent, even though I was moving due to the bed bugs. This apartment was not worth the rent, based on its condition and area. When I was working out breaking the lease, the office staff was rude and condescending. In the end, I had to replace my bed and furniture, and most of my clothing. I am sure the building (my apartment and others in the building) still have bed bugs, so I would avoid this place at all costs. It is a shame, because if the office staff had been kinder or helpful when closing my account, I wouldn't despise this company.nnAnd of course, I still get spammed every time it snows to move my car, even though I haven't lived there for nearly 2 years.

Rude staff and a very unpleasant rental experience in apartments that are very sketchy and run down. No security deposit just means a non-refundable deposit and fees upon fees on top of rent. Section 8 vibes will make you want to re-evaluate your life and make better choices.

Cheap building materials, dirty building, messes that aren't cleaned for days, and the rudest most uncaring staff. Lost my job, sick with covid in the hospital and they went out of their way to call and tow my car twice. I wasn't able to get it back the second time. a friend was nice enough to care for my daughter while I was sick and they towed their car too. I don't know how I'm going to get my daughter to school. On the phone with them pleading to not tow my friends car again while they looked after my daughter and the red oak employee couldn't care less. So disappointed with this company.
