The food was pretty good. I don't care for the fact they won't cook anything but a medium well burger. It was still good. The spicy garlic sauce is anything but disappointing. The drinks were not very strong but were tasty. Our server Danielle was prompt and courteous.
Food is consistently pretty good. Drinks are good and always cold. Service is decent. It's your average chain restaurant experience. Nothing more, nothing less.
Not sure what management is doing but NH is climbing with covid rates and all the male wait staff is running around with their masks down. At tables, speaking to guests, handling food. They don't even have glasses to get fogged up, just don't seem to care.
The food is the only reason it's 2 stars. Very annoying experience. I work in the mall and was picking up dinner for me and a coworker at 4:30pm. I walked in at 4:30 and a girl behind the counter who had glasses and I believe a teal/aqua stripe of color in her hair told me it would be just less than 5 more minutes.nnNo problem. The girl that took her place 10 minutes later asked again what the name was and was immediately able to grab my food out of the warmer. It had been ready when I had walked in. I have a 30 minute dinner break and half of it was taken up by walking to and from and then waiting 10 minutes for no reason. Bag said food was reviewed by Eliza, but I am not sure if that was her.nnFrustrating to lose so much of my break for no reason.
