I booked a first time waxing service with Victoria. She was so knowledgeable and really put me at ease. I was so happy with my results, and I will be back for more services in the future. I highly recommend coming here especially if you have never been waxed before. It was a great experience!

I just got my first Brazilian wax with Sylvie and it was amazing!! I was really nervous it would be awkward and painful but my experience was the complete opposite! I walked in and felt the business was keeping up with all the COVID policies. Sylvie was so kind, caring, educated, and gentle. I truly had the best experience and will be a life long customer now. Currently recommending this place to all my friends & family because they were that good!!

I can't say enough great things about The Wax Specialists. Sylvie is absolutely amazing. She has a wealth of information to offer and truly has been life changing for me. I never thought going to get waxed would lead to many facials and helping me to get my acne under control. I have gone to numerous dermatologist and they just kept putting me on medications. Sylvie knew exactly what to do and I can say today not only do I have very limited flare ups, but the acne scars are going away all thanks to her and educating me on exactly what I needed. Since the moment I walked in over a year ago for a wax, I felt very comfortable. She has a way of making you feel comfortable. I tell all my friends and family, throw that razor out the window and go see Sylvie at The Wax Specialists, you will thank me when you do!! Their pricing is reasonable, and I go once a month!! They have my loyalty that's for sure!!! The salon is like walking into a Boston salon, very upscale, clean, and the staff are always friendly and ready to assist. I am thrilled to be there. . like I said, I can't say enough great things about this place, go find out for yourself!!

Got lash extensions by Stephan and they were beautiful! Exactly what I wanted. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Definitely recommend!

The wax specialists is a business where you walk in and feel immediately comfortable and welcome. their lobby is classy and tasteful and their staff are kind and professional. it was the fastest wax i have ever had, full brazillian and lower legs was 45 minutes when previously it has taken other places 1.5 hours. I recommend them to everyone. they also recommend after care products which i have used and found extremely helpful
