Garret was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing to do to get our air conditioner ready for summer. We couldn't have asked for a more polite individual. He and Brian were careful to wear foot coverings in our house and protective masks which we appreciate.
I highly recommend McElroy, Tyler was excellent sales rep. he took time explaining the cost and installation of my new furnace and air conditioning unit. Bryan and Austin were pleasant as well cleaned up after themselves after installing my unit. Thank you all, I'll enjoy my new central air.
Garret was very pleasant and informative he informed me that we were able to receive a new filter free of charge when our filter needs changed. He also talked about new products that we can try to better improve the air in our house which I will discuss with my husband. As always the technicians are very professional .
