Ellen Able - I have never worked, let alone heard of, with anybody that cared and guided for someone as well as her. The house buying process can be a tough experience to navigate through, but with Ellen you feel as if you are in the driver's seat with a clear path. I would, without hesitation advise you to use her services because you will get a professional, experienced and knowledgeable advocate that only cares about you and your family's best interests.

Ellen is a consummate professional. We were over and again impressed by the quality of her service. She was patient with our many questions, prompt, well-prepared, knowledgeable, and – above all – devoted to her clients. Ellen was flexible, taking phone calls and scheduling showings at odd hours to accommodate the schedule of two working adults with children. We felt well-informed and well-represented throughout the home buying process. She encouraged us not to settle on a home that we weren’t thrilled with. Consequently, we are unpacking in a home that we love. We could not imagine working with another realtor.

Ellen was everything that you could ask for in an agent. She was hard-working, honest, knowledgeable, and caring. If you want things to get done, she is ABLE. 100% would recommend Ellen to anyone looking for someone who will fight for you like you are family, she will have your back. We are now in our DREAM home instead of a starter home, not many first time home buyers can say that. After all is said and done, we came out smarter, happier, and forever grateful that we crossed paths with Ellen Able.

If you are willing and ready to move, Ellen is Able.!!!nnShe is prepared, professional, personable, and shoots straight. She tells it like it is, and gets it done. Way more effort and technique than a lot of agents. Very familiar with the south-of-the-river 'burbs.nnShe sold a friend and neighbor's house last year in less than a week that a previous agent couldn't sell in 3 months. Then she sold another friend and neighbor's house for full list in just a few weeks.nShe found my father-in-law (70's) a town home that he loves. And he is a moderately picky guy...and got what he wanted.nnNow she sold our house. She finally got to work for us! Sold it in 18 days, full list, in a value market where the average time on market is at least 6-8 weeks. Told us what to do, we did it, cha-ching!nnThen on moving day, she loaded her SUV and made a storage run to help us out, then performed manual labor (broom-type) while we loaded.nnThere are a LOT of agents out there that I am sure are excellent. I know a couple of them. They work hard. But she is Able!
