Cheryl Wicklund sold my wife and I our first home in Lakeville 31 years ago. Hard to believe she was only 15 at the time.nWhen we made an impulsive decision to move we knew there was no one we would ever trust to our sale then Cheryl. You see, in the 31 years we were in our home Cheryl remained our friend. She remembered things about us and was never anything but gracious when we saw each other. Our relationship did not end with the purchase in 1990.nUpon buying a new home, we tasked Cheryl with selling the existing one. I believe simply because of her orchestrations our existing home sold, did so in lightning quick manner and returned proceeds that we never expected. Most striking through all of the process was the obvious fun and excitement Cheryl seemed to get from this endeavour. She digs what she does and that translates to stellar efforts and service on her part.nShe's professional, kind, knowledgable, doggedly persistent and quite frankly adorable ( yeah, I said it so sue me).n31 years is a goal in the new home, but rest assured that if we ever decide to move Cheryl Wicklund will be leading our parade. Great place! My agent Scott Rifenberick and mortgage consultant Michelle Moore have been excellent and very helpful at every step of the way. They have both been patient and answered all the questions my wife and I have had so far as first time home buyers.
