I bought my first home from Lynn and I can't imagine anyone else helping guide me through a future real estate transaction. She is extremely responsive and made me feel like her only client during what might end up being the busiest time for real estate in Duluth history. Can not say enough good things.

We used Lynn Nephew as our realtor when we moved back into the area and she was a wealth of knowledge not only in the homes that she was showing us but also she was very informed on the various neighborhoods and schools. Being a parent she also is very aware of the need to accommodate clients with children. Best part is, she will tell you exactly what she thinks of a home. When we found out we had to move for a job relocation, we hired Lynn to help us sell our house in Duluth, MN. She gave us great advice to prepare our house for showings. While it was listed she kept in regular contact with us about interest and feedback from potential buyers. Then, when it came down to closing time we'd already moved out of state and she really went above and beyond to help facilitate any final requests from the buyers. I'd highly recommend Lynn Nephew to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Duluth, MN or the Twin Ports area.
