Granite Flats

When I moved in to Granite Flats it was amazing. The property was clean and quiet. I don't know what happened but Halverson Blaiser clearly could care less about its tenants. The heat is nearly non existent so its super cold in my apartment. The walls are paper thin and I have one couple arguing and physically fighting above me and one that has loud annoying disgusting sounding sex all the time directly beneath where my bedroom is. People started throwing out couches and beds by the dumpster too. I have put in the same maintenance request three times to no avail. We didn't have lights on in the hallways for several weeks and I called damn near daily until it was fixed. The lights in the front, back, and sides of the building are completely out now which makes this the perfect place to get mugged. It's sick to think about the way we are ignored and treated poorly given the amount of money spent to live here. They have the audacity to raise the rent as well. There is also a new landlord Cassandra who seema incompetent at best. I literally have to call this person every other day to follow up on inquiries and her phone is always having issues conveniently to where she didn't receive my voicemail. There is often trash out in the parking lot and as of late, there has been an influx of ghetto trash that have moved in. I am not financially in a position to move but I just may have to find a way to make it happen. This is rediculous.nnUPDATE: They have installed lights at the entrance points, shampooed the carpets and the fighting couple left. Things are looking up. I still would not recommend.

The units are not up to date. Management does not do any weekly walkthroughs. The place is always dirty. Windows have not been clean since we have moved here. Doors are super old and dirty. Not sure when the building has had any sanitation put on door handles or anything. Laundry room is disgusting. Parking is a joke. You have to pay 25 dollars for an extra car even though nobody else pays for an extra car. Tenants need park sometimes around the block just to get too our apartment. The manager of the site is a joke. Told us it's not section 8 but that's all that lives here. Does not do a thing about complaints and never calls backnPeople are slobs, smoke on there decks and in building. Building always smells like marijuana. Theres always people dealing in the parking lot. Horrible place to live for the price, not worth the scummy peoplenDefinitely not family friendly either.

This building looks newly remodeled.
