Not a good experience! Didn't feel as though we were represented at all. Had to contact 2nd selling agent just to find out closing date and location. Top commission for poor job!

We recently worked with Kaila Juntunen to purchase our first lake home. She was fantastic. We stopped into the office and she dropped everything to help us pick out a few places to view. She was knowledgeable and was able to set up the best route to take so that we could see as many places as possible. We had our two dogs with and she was a real trooper to put up with dogs and all the hair...all while wearing black! She made the negotiations an easy process for us. Even now after we have closed she has been a great resource for guidance on electricity, propane and waste removal. Kaila responded quickly and professionally to all our questions. Kaila has been very easy to work with and she has a good knowledge of the area. Thanks Kaila for helping us realize a dream! We would recommend MN Up North Realty and Kaila to anyone looking to buy in the area. Two thumbs up!
