Dylan is great to work with! I’ve purchased 2 properties from Dylan and his team and everything was so easy. Great guy and trustworthy. He is all about his word and that means a lot. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend

This is not a reputable company - if you want to do business with them, you should be extremely careful. We had a home go into foreclosure and they got involved, buying it from the bank to turn a quick profit, I estimate they doubled their money in 4 months time. The problem was they misrepresented what we needed to do to clean the place out to transfer to them at which point we were to be compensated. When it came time for compensation, they deducted money for things they told us were ok (for example: told us we could remove the old refrigerator only to turn around and charge us for removing it!). These are not good people. Get everything in writing.

The Borland Group is a great, hardworking team. Dylan and David host a great monthly meet up for free and always seem eager to help their fellow investors. I highly recommend you attend their meet ups!
