Nothing but great things to say about Paul Wolfert! I've moved several times over the last 20 years, all around the U.S.A., and have used several realtors. I can honestly say that Paul Wolfert stands above any other realtor I've dealt with in the past. His knowledge of the market and proven strategies quickly sold my house with multiple offers, above asking price. Although we were confident it would sell relatively quickly, Paul still put forth a ton of effort to ensure our house and the listing were in great shape to attract qualified buyers with great offers! We liked Paul so much, we asked him to help us find our new home as well. The results were the same....we found the house we wanted and he worked tirelessly to make sure ours was the winning offer. If you select Paul as your agent, you will not be disappointed!

Paul helped us sell and buy a new home back in December 2020. He helped from what would be stressful time into a smooth and exciting experience. With paul's plan, we had roughly 80 showing and 20 offers in just a 2 -3 day period ! our house then sold for all time record high in our old subdivision. Needless to say, we highly highly recommend Paul Wolfert.

We lost money selling the house with his strategy, no open house, lose the best timings only 1 buyer that basically just want fraud us money on unreasonable excuses. Didn’t help us find any houses on buying, we looked our own, there’s a lot to talk about that I think a realtor could down much better!

I've known Paul for a number of years, so I knew that when I was ready to start the home buying process he was my go to guy. Working with him was smooth and easy; not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Hands down the best realtor! I highly recommend him.
