Truth Matters (09/05/2020)

I called this location on 09/5/2020 to speak with a Mr. Glen Brown, due to receiving an email from this person. I wasn't sure if the email was legit with so many imposters sending emails, so I called the number that was left and yes, there was a Mr. Glen Brown at the location. Here's why this location received a 1 star. While i did in fact speak with Mr. Brown, I had some questions and wanted to get information as how he was able to get my email address. during the conversation, Mr. Brown started bothered to the fact that I (the maybe future customer) was asking to many questions. As I was trying to explain to Mr. Brown, I needed to make sure that I had indeed contacted the correct person, instead of Mr. Brown being corrigible, he became agitated and stated, Well, you'll talking to me aren't you! and then hung up on the customer. If this is how Mr. Brown act with a customer asking question just on the phone, his in-person manner can't be to far behind.
