Joe Dirado and the team at Crabill provided stellar service in finding a purchaser and getting us to a successful closing. The property was a vacant parcel that my parents and some associates had held for over 40 years. When they intially purchased the land, the plan was to be in and out in less than half a dozen years. After multiple false starts with a number of brokers through the years, I was referred to Joe and could not be happier. The team at Crabill spent more than a month doing background work, before making a proposal and accepting the listing.
