This salon is by far the best Salon I have ever been too. The customer service is outstanding, I have been coming to this Salon for 15 years and Gilberta and her employees have always provided me with the best service. They are rated number one salon in Livonia for a reason :)

This salon is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I went there for my hair and Gilberta did a terrible job! They are the rudest salon too. I thought I would give them another try so I made an appointment to curl my hair which only takes what 30 minutes? I have a graduation party Saturday so I made the appointment 2 weeks prior so that I know I have a spot saved. Then yesterday I get a call saying she wants to cancel my appointment and that she can’t take me anymore and when I said “why would you do that I let you know 2 weeks before hand” she was like “I have to many people” WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE ME WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS BEFORE HAND! It’s not my fault you chose to take in too many people. YOU SHOULD OF CANCELED THEIR APPOINTMENT NOT MINE BECAUSE I CAME FIRST! Then I get a call back 20 minutes later and she thought I was another customer and was like “so what time are you coming for hair color?” You probably canceled mine to bring in someone doing something that would cost more so that you could get more money. You are selfish. And the best part was when she told me not to come here again ha. Well Gilberta I hope you run out of business because you just lost hella customers babe.
